OSC guarantees to the users of this service that their parcels will be delivered by the next working day all over Estonia. We are waiting for your orders on working days by e-mail or via the OSC information system until 3:00 pm, provided that there is at least two hours until the collection.

OSC is always trying to provide its customers with the most flexible terms of delivery, delivering parcels as fast as possible, with due consideration of the customers' wishes and its own capabilities.
We deliver parcels on the next working day in country centres no later than by 2:00 pm, and outside of country centres no later than by 6:00 pm. We fulfil orders that have been placed after 3:00 pm as soon as possible, but no later than on the next working day.
